Q When will I receive my first ESTBLSH box?
A Boxes are dispatched the first week of every month and should arrive by the 15th.

Q How do monthly subscription work? Do I have to re-subscribe every month?
A Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed every month, until cancelled.

Q Can I choose specific items that I want?
A Every box is curated by our in-house stylist. Substituting items would upset the careful balance.

Q What types of products will I receive?
A Every month you will receive a tie, pocket square and socks.

Q Can I switch my subscription type?
A To switch your subscription type, log in to your account and go to the ‘Billing Portal.’

Q I have a promo code. How does it work?
A Promo codes can be applied at checkout.

Q Can I use more than one promo code?
A You can only use one promo code at a time.

Q I forgot to add the promo code to my order.
A Please contact our support team at support@ESTBLSH.com and we’ll get it sorted.

Q What payment methods do you accept?
A We accept Visa and MasterCard. In a perfect world we would also accept gentlemen’s agreements, but we’re not quite there yet.

Q When will I be billed?
A Yearly subscriptions are billed annually, monthly subscriptions are billed by the 10th of every month.

Q How do I update my billing information?
A To update your billing information, log in to your account and go to the ‘Billing Portal.’

Q How do I get an invoice?
A To download your invoice, log in to your account and go to the ‘Billing Portal.

Returns and Cancelation

Q What is your cancellation policy?
A Our Cancellation policy is 15 days for yearly subscription and for monthly you will have to return the product and pay for shipping and handling charges.

Q Can I cancel my subscription?
A • Canceling a subscription does not automatically give you a refund as canceling subscriptions only cancels future renewals and shipments. Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing date will not be refunded. •

Q Can I get a refund?
A You will be refunded only for annual subscription if you cancel within 15 days of signing up.

Q Can I edit my order?
A Yes, you can login to your account and upgrade or downgrade your package. It will take an effect on your next billing cycle

Q An item in my box is missing/damaged?
A First of all, we’re very sorry. Please send us a picture of your missing/damaged products to support@ESTBLSH.com, we will send you a new box right away.

Q I forgot to cancel my subscription. Can I return the box?
A If you forgot to cancel your subscription you can return the box, but you have to pay the shipping and handling. It’s a good life lesson: don’t procrastinate.

Q Can I temporarily pause my subscription?
A Sorry, you can’t pause your subscription. You’re either in or you’re out.

Shipping & Gifts

Q What are my shipping options?
A We use express service, which allows us to get you the product within 3 business days of it being shipped.

Q What countries do you ship to?
A We ship exclusively within Canada, at least for the time being.

Q What taxes, duties or fees are imposed?
A The price of a subscription includes taxes, duties and handling.

Q My box is taking longer than expected to arrive. What should I do?
A Please contact our support team at support@ESTBLSH.com and sit tight.

Q How do I update my shipping address?
A To update your shipping address, just log in to your account and go to the ‘Billing Portal.

Q I recently moved and forgot to update my shipping address.
A No biggie, please go and update your address now. We will call the shipping and call Audible to your new address

Q There is an error in my shipping address and my box has already been shipped. What should I do?
A Please go and correct your mailing address in the billing portal, we will call the shipping company to make the changes.

Q How can I track my order?
A Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order online.

Q Can I give someone a subscription as a gift?
A If you would like to give someone a subscription as a gift, just select the gift option at checkout. You can also include an optional note. You should probably include a note. It’s just good form.

Q How far in advance should I order a gift subscription?
A You’ll want to order your gift subscription at least a month in advance. For example, our Christmas boxes will be shipped by the first week of December, you will have to subscribe by November 15th.
